“una laguna con alberi morti”
Tra le curiosita' turistiche di Boracay c'e' la Dead Forest, che nessuno conosce, ne' sa dove sia: un mito, o una realta’ ? esiste ancora ? Decido di andare alla ricerca della Dead Forrest: ingaggio un tricyle sulla main road a station3 che per 60 peso dirige verso sud, poi piega ad est e mi sbarca sull’altro lato dell’isola, nell’ultima cala, quella che fronteggia le Domino suites. “Worth a visit”
The dead forest isn't exactly geared up as a tourist attaction. There are no signposts and we just stumbled across it. There were no other tourists along the way and we weren't even sure we were allowed in when we got there. A family living in a hut by the gate charged us 20pesos to enter, there was nothing stating an admission fee but we paid up. Then we had to go through a small settlement of huts to find it. Every other year I buy a membership because my child and her cousin love to go. When we heard that the Space Shuttle Enterprise was coming to town we were excited even though it never went to space. Long story short, you don't get to go inside the shuttle. There is very little interactive displays. My sister went to see the one in Washington DC, she read more went inside and it was free.

The rest of the museum is as fantastic as ever. The family still enjoys it.
