“Relaxing day out.”
Nice to enjoy a sunny afternoon here, lots of birdlife and a rainforest to go explore. We took a rug and a picnic and found a quiet little spot to have some lunch in the shade, barely got disturbed apart from a few friendly ducks. Nice place to go with family, friends or as a couple.查看详情

“One of the best.”
Readily accessible from the city, the Adelaide Botanic Gardens is a peaceful and serene place to walk around. One of the highlights is the magnificent "hothouse".查看详情

“Adelaide Botanic Park”
A very enjoyable afternoon was spent here in Adelaide Botanic Park just sauntering amongst the exotic trees and plants on a lovely sunny bright spring day. Take some refreshment at one of the cafes and check out the rainforest section. Just a moment's stroll from the bustle of the city centre.查看详情

“Shady and grassed, Botanic Park is adjacent to Adelaide Botanic Garden.”
Botanic Park is alongside the Adelaide Botanic Garden. It is is a small-medium sized city park comprising an open grassed area with a feature being the huge Moreton Bay fig trees. These and other tall trees provide abundant shade in summer and a haven for city birds.
Botanic Park should not be confused with the adjacent Adelaide Botanic Garden which close at dusk. Many of the reviews in this thread are actually for the Botanic Garden!
Botanic Park is a popular place for picnics and can b查看详情

“Not that impsiring”
I have been to many Botanic parks in many. This one whilst nice and serene is just another one with not that great areas as you find in other cities.查看详情

“Oasis in a small city”
Living in Adelaide we often walk through the park. It is a lovely spot to relax and breath in the fresh air in the city. Green grass (not always available in Adelaide in summer), lovely plantings of shrubs, rose garden, trees and local birds e.g. herons and ducks. Expensive but lovely restaurant and also a cafe for an icecream or coffee. This park is free but be aware no ball games allowed inside the park.查看详情

“a leisurely place to relax”
Botanic Park is a lovely open space in the heart of the CBD for family and friends to gather for picnics and just enjoy time together under the shade of the amazing Moreton Bay fig trees. Adjacent to the Zoo and the Botanic Gardens and a short stroll from the CBD. Botanic Park is used from time to time for public events like WOMAD (world music) and is such a great asset for the city.查看详情

Every other year I buy a membership because my child and her cousin love to go. When we heard that the Space Shuttle Enterprise was coming to town we were excited even though it never went to space. Long story short, you don't get to go inside the shuttle. There is very little interactive displays. My sister went to see the one in Washington DC, she read more went inside and it was free.

The rest of the museum is as fantastic as ever. The family still enjoys it.
