This is the best Indian restaurant in Chiang Mai. Good genuine Indian food.Perfect for lunch although the guys that built up the stands for the nightmarket make it noisy! i would recommend if you want to have a quiet meal just skip lunch andgo for dinner.their prices are really reasonable I would even say cheap . Where can you get a set menu of sevral dishes for 99 baht? The food is not only tasty but crispy fresh too. Mostly If I like a restaurant I will eat there not more than 3 times but here

“currys not great”
we had butter chicken and chicken masala with garlic naan and their little dish of three sauces. it was all very bland and spice-less. The staff were helpful and considerate to our needs however, when we mentioned that the overpowering smell of mosquito coils was a bit too much, they moved them away. The Moroccan Lemon Mint Iced-Tea was very nice!

“Convenient location near Night Bazaar street market”
Located in an alley street lined with restaurants and bars, this Indian restaurant is popular with shoppers from the famous Night Bazaar market along Chang Khlan road. Half-starved and tired from hours of wandering the seemingly endless market, we came in for a late dinner one night. The place was still packed! We ordered chicken tikka masala (marinated in spiced yogurt and grilled) and palak paneer (spinach and paneer cheese in cardamom curry) with garlic naan and basmati rice. The chicken tikk
“Good Service and Reasonable Food.”
I can't dispute the service of food. Middle Eastern style rather than true Indian. Not much gee/oil or salt in the dishes, very health conscious, the only issue I had with the restaurant is that the manager said we could have a discount if we spent over 500 baht, when we paid the bill she said they didn't have many customers tonight so she would not give any discount. I was disapointed and surprised.
“Very Good Indian Food”
Although I generally go to Royal India, which is closer and cheaper, the food here is more thoughtfully prepared. Many excellent dishes and some interesting specials. It's also well located near the night bazaar.
“FOOD & SERVICE”
Being located in the night bazaar area, we did not think highly of this restaurant before we decided to give it a go & try anyway.Though not too big in size, It turned out to be very cosy with plenty of vegetarian dishes - set & Ala carte to choose from & also the quality of food was o.k. with prompt service & prices reasonable. Would certainly try again during our next visit to the night bazaar.

Good ambiance and good food for the price. The curry, naan and spices taste cooked with skill. Service is good without being overbearing.
“Great curries and nan bread”
There are a couple of other Indian restaurants around that are more authentic but not listed on trip adviser. Le Spice is good but is a Thai Indian cafe style restaurant which offers a mixture of Thai and Indian cuisine. Much of the Indian dishes are using a base sauce which is adjusted according to the order, the masala is still good though and offers good value for money. You can tell the difference when there is no traditional clay brick tandoori oven.
“Excellent Indian food”
This place is definitely worth a visit. I do not like really spicy food and the curry dishes were perfect for my taste. You can get hotter just ask. Try the homemade hummus and naan bread excellent The prices are very cheap and the service is excellent
I would rate it higher but you have to walk up 3 flights of stair to go to the bathroom.
“Very good, tasty!!!”
Thailand is hard to go to without going to an Indian restuarant at least once, if you like Indian food that is as there are so many places to choose from. Just a matter of which one?? We tried Le Spice in Chiang Mai and we were not disappointed. We went for lunch. I had the Sag Mutton and it was great. I only wish the other conidments came with the meal. Nan was good as well, All really tasty and my wife really enjoyed her lentil curry??? I had a bite and it was good. Stop in and try if you are
“A lot of competition in the area but this place holds its own.”
Good food and reasonably priced. I'm not a great fan of Indian food but I enjoyed my meal here, so that's saying something! :-D The ambience was a little less than ideal since it's in a busy tourist area so there were lots of noise from the street and people wandering around selling crap but hey, what can you do.
“Dinner with Family”
A small restaurant serving both Indian and Thai cuisines. We tried the Thai dishes with Tom Yam soup, fried fish with Chili sauce and Thai omelet. Food was tasty and freshly done. The service and ambience was average. Also there were a lot of mosquitoes....that goes everywhere in Chiang Mai.
“Best we have eaten since India”
This was a real surprise,we were just wandering past and decided to give this place a try, we ordered simple traditional favorites as well as two beers ( they arrived from the bar across the road ) and then the food came, all I can tell you is this was the best meal since I ate in India some years ago. The complexity of the spice combinations was apparent and the meat was tender and flavorsome. We ordered 4 dishes and the bill was about US$10 plus US$4 for 2 beers. Well worth a visit and do not
“Good Indian Food...”
The food was very good we decided to get a set menu each which have two taster bowls of curry, with popadum, rice, a vegetable dish and a yoghurt. We also order chicken tikka, which was exceptional. With two drinks we was surprised at how cheap the meal was. Only downside was the hospitality, when talking to staff they seemed to be more interested on what was happening elsewhere in the establishment. Would recommend r the food, ans would return r a curry again.

Every other year I buy a membership because my child and her cousin love to go. When we heard that the Space Shuttle Enterprise was coming to town we were excited even though it never went to space. Long story short, you don't get to go inside the shuttle. There is very little interactive displays. My sister went to see the one in Washington DC, she
went inside and it was free.
The rest of the museum is as fantastic as ever. The family still enjoys it.
