“A bit of a surprise how much we liked this”
A co-worker of my traveling companion happened to be in Chiang Mai the same time as us and wanted to take us to this Cultural Center, she grew up in Chiang Mai and hadn't been since she was little. My past experience with this type of thing has always been a little hokey, so I wasn't super excited, but we ended up really liking this! The food was delicious and the dancing really was beautiful. The highlight after the dinner was the Tribal dancing that takes place in the outdoor pavilion. I think查看详情

“Ciekawe miejsce”
It's good to visit this place to see some more of Thailand culture. Various Thai dishes to try. Some folk dances, long-nails women dance - all this is so Thai!!! My 7 year old daughter loved this as she likes dancing performances very much. We reserved the dinner table about week and a half before. The price included food (soup, main courses and deserts with coffee) and performance. It does not include additional drinks.查看详情

“Fun evening”
Worth going to. Entertainment pretty good. Traditional dances are beautiful to look at. Second half of show after dinner, ethnically interesting but a little boring. The food is good, much better than usually found in these places. Service nice and prompt.查看详情

“Nice food.”
I enjoyed the traditional Thai entertainment and liked their audience participation. The food is served on an elevated tray, (see picture) and because I was on my own I received one to myself. There was more food than I could jump over and it was all good. Of course when there is more than you can eat you can select the ones you prefer. Apparently there was a second show afterwards in a different area but it wasn't made clear and I missed it. I only read about it later on TA.查看详情

“Could have been better”
We heard great things about the khantoke dinner and show at the Old Chiangmai Cultural Centre so we were looking forward to this experience since we arrived in Chiang Mai... The dinner service was great. Our servers were prompt and very pleasant. The performances were also quite beautiful...Sure, some of the performers looked bored and disenchanted, but this seemed to reflect the attitude of the audience - many of which kept on talking when the announcer was at the centre of the stage trying to 查看详情

“Good place to see traditional Thai dance - Food is ok”
A great way to get an overview of many types of Thai dance. Food isn't bad, but overpriced if you were paying for just a meal. I'd say it's a great thing to do if you are in Chiang Mai for 5 days or more and need a chill evening, but something to skip if you are only in town for a couple of days.查看详情

“Great dinner and entertainment”
We decided to book the Khantoke dinner at the Old Chiang Mai Cultural Centre after seeing a review on a TV programme – it looked like a great evening’s entertainment, and we were not disappointed with our decision to go. We paid 630 baht per person and this included transportation from and back to our guesthouse, a great dinner with more than enough food and some really good traditional Thai dancing. Drinks were however not included and were quite pricy, especially alcoholic drinks. There is a c查看详情

“Great experience”
I went to this show and dinner tonight with a local from Chiang Mai/Lampang who loved it as much as I did. The shows are interesting and well performed and the food is authentic, very tasty and more than you could ever hope to eat. The cost is about $20; an absolute bargain and includes transport to and from where you are staying I see that someone said in a review that its overpriced; that's laughable and should be ignored查看详情

“Khantoke dinner and cultural show - Old Chiang Mai Cultural Centre”
There are about five of six places in Chiang Mai you can choose to experience a Khantoke Dinner and traditional dancing. I chose the Old Chiang Mai Cultural Centre (OCMCC) based on reviews I had read and the fact that it was not organised at a hotel – so it was pot luck. Only later did I discover that OCMCC had been in the business for at least 40 years, so they must be doing something right. Khantoke dinner is a chance to savour authentic Northern Thai food served in small round bowls (khans) f查看详情

“Totally tourist but gets the point across”
Okay so this is a totally touristy way of getting in a whole bunch of Thai dances in a quick stop. The program has two portions but they spend like 2-5 mins each on many different dances do you definitely don't get bored. Note sitting on the floor is very uncomfortable but the seated areas do not give you a good close view. I suggest sucking it up and eating on the floor then take your cushions to the benches along the wall and see the show... Second portion of note is outside so consider bug sp查看详情

We specially ordered the vegetarian menu and it was fabulous! the food keep coming and coming! whatever we wanted! it was so fresh and lovely. we had great seats on the floor with pillows right up near the front by the stage. the show was really great. they even came and dragged my 15 yr. old son up on stage for part of one of the dances! The music and dancing was really wonderful and beautiful and it made a very pleasant 查看详情

“lost in chiangmai”

Every other year I buy a membership because my child and her cousin love to go. When we heard that the Space Shuttle Enterprise was coming to town we were excited even though it never went to space. Long story short, you don't get to go inside the shuttle. There is very little interactive displays. My sister went to see the one in Washington DC, she read more went inside and it was free.

The rest of the museum is as fantastic as ever. The family still enjoys it.
