This clean and quaint cafe is close to the Chiang Mai Gate hotel where I stayed for one evening in November 2012. I stopped in for lunch and had an excellent chicken club sandwich, a mango shake, and a mango pancake for dessert. There was just one lady doing the cooking and serving - she was quite nice and my food was made fast. The owner was very friendly and chatty and made his rounds to various tables to check on customers. In conversation with him I mentioned that I was looking to buy some N
“At home in Ciccia's House”
This cafe just oozes charm and hospitality. The food is excellent and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We went there many times with our granddaughter, and felt so welcome. They went out of their way to make a two-year old (and the grandparents too) happy.
“Great little cafe”
If you are in the area, close to Chiang Mai Gate and feeling hungry then this cafe is hard to beat. Generous portions of freshly cooked food at very reasonable prices is definitely worth a visit.
“Excellent Mediterranean and Thai food”
the only place where I m sure to eat very good food either French/Mediterranean or Thai. Went there many times Over one year. Also have some interesting fusion food. The chef is great, every dish deserves a try. highly recommended if you are in the area.
“Excellent food, excellent service”
We're local expats and have ate here numerous times, it's really clean (up to western standards), and the food is great and cheap. Best thing about it is Nico and Beau are really friendly and helpful.
“Great food, awesome service.”
My wife and I stayed at the Smith Residence, which is only 100 meters away from Ciccia's House. This place quickly became our favorite place to eat. We probably ate there 30 times over 20 days! The owners are super helpful, and the food is delicious. It's also cleaner than many of the small restaurants in Chiang Mai, which was important when my wife wasn't feeling well. Our favorite items were the Chicken Tempura, Pad Thai, and the stir-fried glass noodle. Prices are very reasonable. Do yourself

“Great fun place with tasty food and affordable prices”
I have been going to Ciccia's House since they opened over a year ago and have always enjoyed my time there. Nico and Beau are some of the most fun people in Chiang Mai once you get to know them and so I always feel good at their restaurant. The food is very good, including the breakfasts, coffee and fruit shakes. The restaurant has a French flair. They have a wide variety of beer and other alcohol and everything is at a good price. Highly recommended!
“Tasty food, great spot”
As someone who lives in Chiang Mai, there are not many places I visit more than Ciccia's House. Nico and Beau, who own the restaurant, are friendly and charming. The food -- both Thai and Western -- is always delicious. I love this spot ... even if I moved to a different part of town, I would find my way back to Ciccia's House.

“Best value for money near Chiang Mai gate!”
The owners Beau and Nico offer a broad variety of both thai and western dishes. I can especially recommend Chicken with Cashewnuts or if you are into burgers then definitely the Chicken Tempura burger (probably the best in town!!). The service is really friendly and the prices for both food and drinks are more than reasonable! I recommend to come visit on a Saturday evening to sit outside and experience the special flair of the Saturday walking street.

“Great value and friendly service”
Nicco and his wife Bo offer a wide range of western and Thai food at very affordable prices. The Thai cuisine includes some southern style dishes rarely seen in Chiang Mai. The restaurant has a comfortable, casual atmosphere and is conveniently situated near the Saturday and Sunday walking markets. Nicco speaks French, Italian and English so the restaurant attracts tourist of many nationalities. A great little place to drop by for a drink before hitting the markets or for a meal afterwards. And

“Love thai and western foods here.”
For thai food, I recommend Tom Kha Kai, Massaman, Pad Kha Prao and Green curry. And for western, I love to order Spagetti with green curry and Ceacar salad... the chef can do very good. Price is reasonable. And the owner ; Nicolas and Beau is very friendly.
“Cheap, cheerful and delicious”
Nicolas was a fantastic host, gave us heaps of advice on local places of interest to visit, and was a great barman, serving us beer in coffee mugs, as when we stayed was a national holiday and no alcoholic beverages were allowed to be sold, so he hid them in mugs. Beau made us fantastic dishes, and there was a huge variety to choose from, at very reasonable prices.

“Great food, atmosphere and reasonable”
We spent a week in Chiang Mai in February 2012. Out of 6 available dining evenings, we spent three nights eating at Ciccia's House Bar and Restaurant on Nantharum Road, across from Chiang Mai Gate. The food is consistently good and the atmosphere is nice. You can dine streetside or in the restaurant itself. Although the seating area is small, it has been bustling each night we have been there. My husband has tried a different curry each night we have visited and has declared them excellent each

Every other year I buy a membership because my child and her cousin love to go. When we heard that the Space Shuttle Enterprise was coming to town we were excited even though it never went to space. Long story short, you don't get to go inside the shuttle. There is very little interactive displays. My sister went to see the one in Washington DC, she
went inside and it was free.
The rest of the museum is as fantastic as ever. The family still enjoys it.
